How to book a night on your website
Book it once and it looks after itself: your website card counts down to it, and the room opens by itself when the doors open.
Book it
- Sign in and open the Host on your site tab.
- Under What's on, pick what it is: Quiz night, Games night, Bingo night or Bingo & games night.
- For a quiz night, pick the quiz.
- If you like, give it a name, add prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd (any, all or none), and tick Free to play.
- Pick the date, the start time and when the doors open.
- Press Put it on my site.
The prizes and Free to play show on your website card, on the big screen while people join, and beside the winners at the end.
On the night
- The room opens by itself when the doors open.
- Press Go to the room next to your night, on Home or in Host on your site, and run it as usual.
- Want to start early? Open now opens the doors and takes you straight in.
Optional extras
- A quiz night can run itself: tick Run it on Auto host and pick the pace. It starts at the start time, plays the quiz through and ends.
- Close joining can lock the doors by itself: when it starts, a number of minutes after, or after a number of questions.
